Every guest departure means a full set of linen to strip, wash, dry and remake — usually on the same day someone else checks in. We collect after checkout and return it presentation-folded.

How is the price for Wash, Dry & Fold calculated?
Our laundry service is charged per load. One full load is approximately 5kg, which is about the size of a standard laundry basket. Items that need to be separated by colour or care level may count as additional loads.
Is there a minimum order amount?
Yes — a minimum order of $40 applies, with tax and the pickup and delivery fee included.
How does pickup and delivery work?
We collect directly from your door across Sydney's Inner West, Canterbury-Bankstown and St George. Contactless options are available, and standard turnaround is 24 to 48 hours.
How long does it take to get my laundry back?
Our standard turnaround is 24 to 48 hours from the time of collection. Bedding and dry cleaning may take up to 48 to 72 hours.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept EFTPOS, bank transfer and cash on delivery. Direct debit is available for recurring customers.
How do you handle delicate or special-care items?
We follow all care label instructions carefully. If you have delicate garments, please note this when booking and we will take extra care. Delicate items are given gentle wash cycles, hand-washing where needed, and steam-pressing rather than direct ironing.
Can I set up a regular weekly or fortnightly service?
Absolutely. Many of our customers set up a regular schedule — weekly, fortnightly or as needed. There are no lock-in contracts and you can adjust or cancel at any time.
Is the price estimate tool accurate?
The estimate tool gives you a helpful guide based on the items and quantities you add. The final price may differ slightly — for example, per-kilogram services are confirmed once items are weighed on receipt.
